1.What activities are the Xperior CLIMAWARM+ Down Hooded Jacket suitable for?

2. What temperature can this jacket withstand?
Our highest level insulation, this Pinnacle outer layer insulation is suitable for use in temperatures as low as -15 degrees centigrade. Please note, insulation recommendations are based on moderate activity level following, e.g. brisk hiking. Individual needs can vary due to various factors such as wind speed, personal metabolic rate, duration and intensity of activity as well as the type and number of layers worn in addition.
3.How does the jacket differ from regular down jackets?
All down jackets feature baffles – i.e. chambers that hold the feathers – but our heat seal baffle construction, with its considered overlapping baffles, helps to minimise cold spots and more efficiently trap heat to keep you feeling not only warmer but more comfortable. The mix of different-sized baffles is designed to optimise warmth to weight ratio whilst reducing bulk for improved freedom of movement during colder adventures.
4.How do I clean a down jacket?
This jacket can be washed, but as a performance jacket with both a DWR treatment and duck down, we recommend using specialist washing detergents designed for down jackets. This will preserve the jacket’s properties and extend its life, giving you many years of use. Follow the instructions on the product, washing and drying it carefully to protect the finish and feathers within.
