Check the label and wash your adidas gym wear at the recommended temperature. Some people also turn theirs inside out when they wash them. It is best not to use fabric softener.

The sign of a good workout! Sometimes your gear can need some extra attention if it’s a bit niffy. Try soaking items in a sink of cold water for 30 minutes with a cup of white vinegar and bicarbonate of soda before washing.

The technical fabric used in adidas training clothing tend not to like the dryer, so it is best not to use one to dry your kit. However, our lightweight designs tend to air dry quickly.
