I like these for tempo runs and quicker runs. Really feel the pace in them and it feels easy to go. I like the stability and comfort balance. Way better than the overly cushy shoes where you feel wobbly taking corners fast. Great shoes!!!

Lacks energy return
I was expecting more pop and energy return with these given the lightstrike pro and the energy rods but I did not feel it. I'm 190lb, 5'9" and I ran a 2-mile slower than with the EVO SL.
