I spend most of my working day on my feet, so comfortable shoes are essential for me. These shoes are lightweight, supportive and comfortable even after many hours of walking. Since wearing them, my feet and legs feel much less tired at the end of the day, and I have noticed less strain on my lower back. My usual shoe size is 8, but I bought an 8.5 and it fits well. It is comfortable when running because the cushioning is good.

Nice trainer just a big ridged for me.
Really like the look of these and they were wide enough for me which is good because I find most running trainers narrow.
