Padel shoes have a unique sole adapted for artificial grass and which is slightly stiffer to facilitate movement.

For playing padel: special shoes are required to help us feel comfortable and minimise the risk of injury.

A running shoe may be good for other sports, but it offers less support and cushioning for your foot, especially in the heel area, compared to padel shoes.
