Purchased Adidas Supernova shoes expecting premium quality, but within just 3 months of normal use, the mesh tore and the sole started coming apart. This is completely unacceptable for a product at this price point.
What’s worse is the customer service. Despite clearly showing that this is a quality issue, Adidas refused any support citing a 90-day policy. Even after escalation, the response was careless they couldn’t even get the product name right.

Great for walking
These are my favorite shoes for everyday wear. They're great for long walks, all day movement and standing. Super comfy and supportive, without being over-cushioned.
