These are beautiful, more like art than shoes. I love the look with pants or bare legs. The leather is so soft and comfortable. The downside is they are hard to put on without a shoe horn, but that may be because I listened to the reviewers here and ordered 1/2 size down. Do NOT order down. I have narrow feet. My toes are touching the end. My actual size would be perfect. Hoping the leather stretches a bit because they are now $50 more than I paid, so not returning and repurchasing.

I really wanted the black, but someone else nabbed the last one in my size just as I hit "complete order." Still, the brown leather is lovely. I ordered a half size down and they fit like the most perfect ballet or rock climbing shoes. They're a chore to get on and don't work with socks, which is a little disappointing since I bought them specifically because - besides being cute - I loathe the hassle of tying shoes. They feel amazing - giving barefoot-at-one-with-the-earth, but cradled and supported. They're great with jeans, pants, and sweats and will be even better with skirts and dresses in the spring. If black comes back around in my size, I'll be super tempted.
