When can I pick-up my Click & Collect reservation at the store?

adidas will notify you via email (and SMS – if requested) when your reservation is ready to be picked up at your selected store. Upon this confirmation, your product(s) will be reserved for 5 days.
After those 5 days, your products will be released for sale or returned to the adidas warehouse.
