How do I return my product(s)?

In response to the impact on infrastructure caused by the coronavirus, we have extended our returns period from 30 to 100 days.

COVID-19 – We are working with multiple carriers during this challenging period to offer the best possible delivery times. There are however no changes to the return process. Please use DHL as usual for your returns.

Item the wrong size? Instead of returning it, you can exchange it for a different size for free. For more info, check our exchanges help page

You can return your online order free of charge within 100 days of receiving your order (or 14 days for hype products*). If you received items from one order in several packages, every package has its own 100-day return period which starts on the day you’ve received it. You can find the date of receipt in your account.

Return with DHL: Our return process is fully digital! We no longer add a pre-printed return label to our deliveries. Instead you take the steps below to create a digital return label online - it’s quick, easy and better for the environment.

1. Go to, tell us what item(s) you want to return and why. Confirm your return.2. You’ll immediately get a digital QR-code, which is your return label. We will also automatically send a copy per email.

Rather print your return label? You can download a printable label after you’ve finished step 3. We’ll also email the printable label.
3. Place the items in their original packaging in the box, add the return form and seal it.

4. Bring the package to a DHL point. Have the QR code scanned from your smartphone.

  • It takes around 3 to 5 business days for the package to arrive in our warehouse. We'll keep you posted about its status via email.
  • We’ll refund you through your original payment method as soon as we’ve received it. Refund time depends per payment method but could take up to 14 days.

Please note: personalised items are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Can I combine multiple orders in one return package?
You can. Just make sure to add both delivery forms (that come in the box) to your return package. You still have to create the digital return label online for all orders, but you just use only one of the labels for returning the package.

Hand over your return during a delivery

Are you expecting the DHL delivery person at your doorstep because of another delivery? You can also hand over your box to them instead of heading to a collection point. The delivery person will be happy to take your parcel with you when you have your digital return label, i.e., a QR code, ready to scan.

Klarna: How to return with Klarna?

If you selected Klarna as your payment method and choose to return one or more items, you additionally need to visit the Klarna Portal to inform them of your return, which will pause your payment due date. More questions? See our Klarna Return & refund help page .

Items purchased at an adidas store

If you'd like to return item(s) you purchased at the adidas store, then the best thing to do is to return your unwanted item(s) to the same store where you originally purchased them. Please bring your receipt with you, and make sure you’re returning your item(s) within 100 days (or 14 days for hype products such as YEEZY) of purchase. Please note that we are currently not able to accept returns at our stores for items purchased from our online shop.

Items ordered via Click & Collect

Click & Collect reservations are made online, then picked up and paid for in store. If you want to return a Click & Collect order, you have to do this directly in store.


Items ordered in an adidas store to be delivered to your home

If one of our store employees placed an in-store order for you with a tablet so you receive the items of your choice at home, you have to return the products via mail, by following the same steps above.


adidas items purchased at another store or online shop

If you purchased adidas products at another store or online shop, please get in touch with them, as they have their own return policies. It is not possible to return your items to adidas.


Hype articles
Please be aware that hype products, such as the YEEZY collection, should be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. In the process of ordering these hype products we communicate to you that the return period of 14 days applies.
