How do I place a Click & Collect reservation?

1. Find the products you would like to order and select 'Checkout'.
2. Select 'adidas store' as your preferred delivery method.
3. Enter your location and click 'Find' to locate your nearest Click & Collect adidas store.
4. Select a convenient store and click 'Collect here'.Please know that products have the following availability statuses:
  • available (in-store)
  • can be delivered to the store
  • not available (has to be a home delivery)
5. Enter your full name and email address.
6.Select if you would like to be notified about the progress of your order via SMS. If so, enter your mobile phone number and check the box to receive SMS updates.
8.Before checking out, please make sure that you have selected the correct delivery address and that this corresponds to your preferred store. Click 'Submit & Pick-up' to place your reservation. You will now receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is ready for collection at the selected store, you will also be notified via email and SMS (if requested).

Please note: your order will be reserved at the store for 5 days and you will be asked to pay for your order upon collection in store.

Conditions to place a Click & Collect reservation:

Please note that it is only possible to place a Click & Collect reservation if:
  • Click & Collect is available at the time.During certain sales periods and such, we need to disable the Click & Collect option.
  • Your reservation does not contain any customised or personalised products.
  • Your reservation does not contain more than 6 items.
  • Your reservation value does not exceed €1000.
  • Your reservation does not contain any products that are excluded from a Click & Collect reservation.

There is always the option for home delivery in case you cannot place a Click & Collect reservation.
