Can I exchange my product(s)?

Need a different size? You can exchange your items, free of charge! In response to the impact on infrastructure caused by the coronavirus, we have extended our exchange period from 30 to 60 days. 

1. Start from or go to your order history. Click on ‘Free size exchange’. Tell us what item(s) you want to exchange and for which size. You’ll immediately get a digital QR code, this is your return label to exchange. We will also automatically send a copy per email.

Rather print your return label? You can download a printable label after you’ve finished step 1. We’ll also email the printable label.
2. Place the items in their original packaging in the box, add the return form and seal it. Bring your package within 7 days to a DHL point. After this period, your exchange order will get cancelled. Have the QR code scanned from your smartphone during drop-off.

3. We’ll ship the right size as soon as you’ve dropped off your package - you’ll receive a new shipping confirmation email.

Now, you only have to wait for your new size!

Exchanges can only be made for a different size – if you desire your item in a different colour, please return it and make a new purchase. If your size is not available when you’re trying to exchange your item, this means the size is (currently) out of stock.

Returning items as well? You can pack all items in the same box. Please use the exchange QR code instead of the return QR code for the fastest process. We’ll refund you through your original payment method when we’ve received the package. This might take up to 14 days. Your exchanged item(s) are then already on their way to you!

  • We will ship your exchanged item(s) to your original delivery address using our standard delivery service.
  • Personalized items are made uniquely for you and cannot be exchanged. Please get in touch with our customer service when there’s a manufacturing fault.
  • Exchanges are not possible if you have purchased an item from another website.  
  • For purchases from a physical adidas store, please visit the store in person to exchange your item(s).
  • Hype products, such as items from the Yeezy collection, are excluded from exchanging.
